Another online magazine weighs in on the legality of allofmp3.com. This time it's Microsoft's 'Slate'. Their verdict: They dunno either. But they did go as far as name their article 'Barely Legal'. It seems that for now, allofmp3 remains in that grey area of untested law, maybe legal, maybe illegal, but nobody knows. I wonder how long it has to remain in that state before it becomes 'de facto' legal?
